Each order will be shipped in an insulated container, packed with gel ice bricks. This ensures your order arrives fresh, cold, and safe. Our items are shipped frozen, ensuring they arrive to you at a safe temperature. It is possible that a portion of your order may not arrive completely frozen, especially when the weather is very warm. We suggest transferring the contents of your order to a refrigerator or freezer immediately upon receipt and at a minimum on the day of delivery.
