Our beef products are received fresh from Upper Iowa and St. Helen's Beef (locally sourced). All steaks are cut by our experienced butchers the day before delivery and vacuum sealed for freshness.

Our Wagyu Beef is all Japanese A5 Grade. Our 6oz Icon XB Wagyu burgers are free from artificial growth hormones, raised in open fields by Australian producers and grain finished for 12 months. The result is a Mb4 - Mb9 + premium Wagyu that delivers a burst of juicy, buttery flavor that Wagyu is famous for.
