Our USDA wholesale facility is located in downtown Chicago, Illinois near the United Center. We currently have approximately 25 highly trained butchers that are cutting and packing meat everyday. We offer home deliveries twice a month (Thursdays only). Our facility is not open to the public and we do not have a storefront.

Our triple blend burgers (brisket/short rib/chuck blend), our ground chuck and our ground pork are made fresh in our facility with our state of the art commercial meat grinders and commercial patty forming machines.

The following items are the only frozen items we sell: baby back ribs, bacon, lamb, duck, ground turkey and our chicken nuggets. Every other product is fresh. All of our products are vacuum sealed expect for our Indiana Kitchen Applewood/Hardwood Bacon.
