Our family owns a USDA wholesale meat purveyor facility that is located in Illinois. We service residential houses in the DuPage, LaSalle, Lake, Kane, Kendall, McHenry, Will and parts of Cook Counties. We also service high-end restaurants in downtown Chicago, hotel, golf courses, butcher shops, corporate clients and banquet halls. We have 20 highly trained butchers that are cutting and packing meat everyday.

We specialize in offering home deliveries on Thursdays and Fridays. We currently do not have a retail store front.

All Beef, Pork and Poultry is locally sourced!

We also work with a company out of Nebraska that offers non-GMO, 100% grass fed, grass finished beef. We receive it flash frozen from Certified Piedmontese Beef. To learn more on specifications on our beef, visit them at Piedmontese.com.

Our Martinelli Signature Burgers (brisket/short rib/chuck blend), 90/10 ground chuck, 80/20 ground beef and ground pork are all made fresh in our facility with our state of the art commercial meat grinders and commercial patty forming machines.

The following items are the only frozen items we sell: baby back ribs, bacon, lamb, duck, Italian meatballs, Italian Sausage (Greco & Sons) and our chicken nuggets. Every other product is fresh. All of our products are vacuum sealed expect for our Indiana Kitchen Applewood Bacon.
