Delivery, Billing & Returns

Delivery

All orders are hand delivered to your front door! We make two home deliveries a month. Our delivery dates are every other Thursday from 8am until 5pm. If you are not home, you can leave a cooler outside and we can leave the order inside of it. A $14.95 delivery fee will be placed on your order for orders under $150. We offer meat delivery in the following cities listed below. Order the best steaks online.

Cook County:  Glencoe, Skokie, Wilmette, Winnetka, Buffalo Grove, Mount Prospect, Glenview, Northbrook, Palatine, Arlington Heights, Kenilworth, Schaumburg, Barrington, North Barrington, Barrington Hills, Hoffman Estates, Bloomingdale, Hinsdale, Orland Park, Western Springs and Elgin.

DuPage County: Wheaton, Elmhurst, Lombard, Downers Grove, Carol Steam, Lisle, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Burr Ridge, Aurora, Darien, Bartlett, Lemont, St. Charles, Naperville, Woodridge, Westmont and Wayne.

Kane County: Batavia, Geneva, Elburn, Sugar Grove, South Elgin, Hampshire, Gilberts, Pingree Grove and North Aurora.

Kendall County: Oswego, Montgomery, Plano and Yorkville.

McHenry County: Algonquin and Lake in the Hills.

Lake County: Lake Forest, Lake Zurich, Highland Park, Vernon Hills, Wauconda, Hawthorn Woods, North Chicago, Long Grove

Will County: New Lenox, Lockport, Romeoville, Crest Hill., Plainfield, Lemont, Joliet, Homer Glen, Shorewood and Frankfort.

Billing

You will receive an estimated total once you checkout. A final bill will be given to you the day before delivery (via text or email). Your estimated total will very close to your final total. The reason it is an estimated total is because for certain items (Pork Butts, Briskets, Beef Tenderloins) we do not know the weight of the item until the butchers weigh it the day before delivery. Unlike other websites, we don't take payment until the day of delivery. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Checks (Payable to Martinelli Meats LLC) or Zelle. A printed invoice will be given to you on the day of delivery.

Returns

Claims for discrepancy are not allowed unless made at the time of delivery.  All sales are final after products have been inspected.
