Miller Amish County Poultry (Air-chilled) sources chickens hatched, raised, and processed in northern Indiana and southern Michigan. These birds are fed a natural corn and soy-based diet, free from animal by-products, fats, artificial colors, steroids and hormones. Raised cage-free on all-vegetable feed without antibiotics, the chickens are fresh, never frozen, and made to order. Each portion is vacuum-sealed in roughly 1-pound bags, with about 35-45 bags per case. Cases are sold in 40-pound quantities, ensuring premium quality and freshness.
- To cook Air-Chilled, Miller Amish Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heating a skillet over medium heat. For oven baking, season the chicken breasts as desired, place them in a baking dish, and cook for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For stovetop cooking, heat a small amount of oil in the skillet, add the chicken breasts, and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to retain moisture and flavor.
