  • This 14oz Australian Wagyu NY Strip Steak boasts a marble score of 6-7, delivering a rich, flavorful experience with exceptional marbling.
  •  These Australian Strips will impress anyone & everyone. These strips will be flavorful, tender & juicy. One of our most popular steaks for a reason! These are F1 cattle meaning they are 50/50 (Wagyu x Black Angus) crossbred cattle. Bringing together the best of both worlds & delivering a perfect steak experience without being overwhelming for those more sensitive to richer cuts.

From the same people who brought Stone Axe Full Blood Wagyu that won The Best Full Blood Wagyu Award the last few years.  Here is their crossbred wagyu. The texture is extraordinary! Smooth, soft and tender.

Margaret River Wagyu Beef has an unmistakably rich and buttery flavour, a result of its highly marbled meat, stress-free lifestyle, and high quality grain diet harvested locally from the Margaret River region. It’s little wonder why Wagyu beef is widely considered “the best beef in the world”. Of particular note, our Wagyu has relatively low levels of saturated fats and cholesterol compared to other beef breeds, and is guaranteed free of Hormone Growth Promotants, for a naturally healthy choice.

Margaret River Premium Meats adopt an extensive free range farm management practice with natural mating as well as an artificial insemination (AI) program to produce Pure Bred Wagyu cattle. Cows graze on natural pastures in a completely free range, stress free environment which in turn leads to optimum performance.

  • To cook an Australian Wagyu NY Strip Steak, start by bringing the steak to room temperature. Season it lightly with salt and pepper to enhance its natural flavors. Preheat a heavy skillet or grill to high heat. Sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side to develop a rich crust, then reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking to your preferred doneness—medium-rare is recommended to preserve tenderness and marbling. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy and flavorful experience.

Consider serving it alongside roasted garlic mashed potatoes or grilled asparagus for a balanced meal. A fresh arugula salad with a light vinaigrette can add a refreshing contrast. For wine, choose a full-bodied red like Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz to enhance the steak’s depth and marbling. These pairings elevate the dining experience while allowing the steak’s quality to shine.
