Our beef products are locally sourced. We work with local farmers that provide us with USDA Choice Premium Angus Beef that is produced solely from Angus cattle. Widely recognized for its marbling and rich flavor. All steaks are cut by our experienced butchers and vacuum sealed for freshness. Our Prime Angus Ground Beef and Triple Blend Burgers are made fresh daily.
