This assortment features 56 premium breakfast sausage patties, each weighing 2 ounces, paired with 5 pounds of our double applewood smoked thick cut bacon. Sausage and Bacon both come frozen. Our breakfast sausage patties are not vacuum packed and should be vacuum packed upon receiving. Our bacon is good in the freezer for up to one year.
